What kind of commercial cleaning services do you provide?
SoFresh provides professional cleaning services for both commercial and residential premises. Our cleaning teams are trained to provide commercial cleaning services in offices, restaurants, supermarkets, medical centres, sports and recreation centres etc. For residential cleaning, our cleaning teams are trained to detail clean your house for before you move in, after you move out, weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or just to give it a good once over spring clean.
Do you accept credit cards ?
For your covenience, we accept payment via Cash, Cheques, and Credit Cards (with no extra fees).
Are you able to work after hours ?
For Commercial Cleaning, we operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
How can I get a quote for cleaning services?
Just ring our office and a sales consultant will make an appointment with you at the job premise to have a walk through to understand your cleaning requirements. We have a detailed commercial cleaning form that we can use to detail what areas and services you would like us to clean for you. You can let the sales consultant know of any special requests.
Our sales consultant will then prepare a detailed Cleaning Program tailored to your requirements with a price for the service. If you are happy with the program, just contact the office and we will organise your first clean for you!
Which areas do you service?
Toronto, Etobicoke, Mississauga, Scarborough, Vaughan, Richmond Hill, Maple, Brampton & Newmarket.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. We provide a free quote that contains the entire cost to you including HST.
Will cleaners disturb my neighbours?
No. Our cleaners are quiet and courteous around your neighbourhood, obey your parking instructions and do not dump wastewater in shared areas.
Whose equipment and products get used?
We have our own environmentally friendly cleaning products that are 100% safe for infants and toddlers.We can, of course, use your preferred products and equipment should you prefer.We supply our own safe equipment.
Do I have to be at home while cleaning is in progress?
No. Whilst you definitely can be at home if you want to, it is fine to leave a key for your cleaner(s).
We will replace your cleaner with alternative cleaners to ensure your complete satisfaction.
You must provide us with at least 24 hours notice of cancellation or the full service charge applies.
